Booking policy

• Clients must be at least 18 years of age or older.
   

• All appointments require at least 24 hours advance notice, depending on availability.
   

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking for all video-call services.
   

• For in-person services, I will provide an accurate price upon receiving your request based upon your location and requirements. Full payment will be required at the time of booking confirmation.
   

• Once booked, services cannot be cancelled and non-refundable, unless at the discretion of Krystle Tarot. In the rare event that your session needs to be cancelled by Krystle Tarot, a full refund will be granted.
   

• If you need to rearrange a session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in full payment of your reading being taken.
   

• No show appointments will be charged in full and no refunds will be given.
